The Jamaica Reggae Industry Association (JARIA) is taking charge of the festivities, curating a diverse lineup of events that will captivate reggae enthusiasts from around the world. One of the highlights of the month-long celebration will be the event at the iconic Bob Marley Museum on February 6th.
This extraordinary evening will feature an array of talented artists, including the young and prodigious JARIA Award-winning Reggae Songwriter, Kevoy Clarke. Prepare to be swept away by the rhythm and soul of reggae as these artists bring the stage to life with their electrifying performances.
In collaboration with the Urban Development Corporation of Jamaica, JARIA is proud to present free live reggae concerts every Wednesday throughout February at the Festival Marketplace in Downtown, Kingston. This open-air extravaganza will allow both locals and visitors to immerse themselves in the pulsating beats and infectious melodies of reggae music while reveling in the vibrant atmosphere of the waterfront location.
The festivities continue to spread across the island, with Ocho Rios set to experience the magic of reggae on February 13th. The "Reggae Cyaan Dunn Concert" at Dunn's River will be an evening of music and camaraderie, inviting patrons of all ages to come together and celebrate the spirit of reggae. Additionally, on February 7th, Harmony Beach Park in Montego Bay will host the "One Drop of Harmony Reggae Concert." This free celebration promises a fusion of reggae rhythms and the natural beauty of the beachfront setting.
